CANCELLATION: No refunds for deposits.
No refunds for the additional payment within 6 weeks of rental start date, unless we are able to re-let. We advise you to cover this with holiday insurance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Authority to debit a deposit equal to 1 week's rental must be signed on arrival which will be held until end of stay when charges for telephone usage and any other legitimate expenses will be debited.
